When I walked into this apartment the first impression that I had was space and as I continued to walk through it was evident that this was a very large apartment. Both of the bedrooms are a great size with built in robes and heaps of space to fit a Queen or even a King in the master. In fact the Master could also incorporate a sitting chair or a small study desk if you wanted without cramping it up.
Then as you walk into the main living area you notice that its wide and long. There currently is a large dining table, deep seated L shaped lounge and plenty of room to walk around everything without crashing into the furniture. (That’s a nice change from what else is on the market)
The apartment simply continued further than I first thought and then flowed out onto a massive 51sqm courtyard which has enough room for a large outdoor table and then outdoor lounge setting as well. Two outdoor living spaces, like you would imagine in a massive canal front home..or on an acreage property. What also sprang to mind was the age of the building. You could tell that it was new. The apartment was decked out with all of the modern fittings and fixtures that you would expect of a high end apartment, but the price of this seemed low compared with what else is available with this quality of fittings. I was also told that Pets have been approved previously in this building and that on application to the Body Corporate this might be an options.
All in all, I was very impressed with this apartment and can thoroughly recommend to anyone looking at buying close to the CBD that this apartment really does have more space than most and could be turned into someone’s own retreat if they gave it the proper energy.
On the first weekend we opened the property I also noticed that there is a large farmers market only meters away on a Saturday morning and I've heard it's fantastic. Not to mention the bus at the doorstep and the newly proposed City Cat stop about 200m away.
The vendors have now reduced the price on this property as they need it sold; which is a shame because it really is worth more than they are prepared to sell it for and I'm sure that anyone who comes to inspect will agree.
